In these sessions students learn self defense techniques which not only help them to defend themselves but also give them the confidence to handle difficult situations.
Aerobics
Aerobics is a form of physical exercise that combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness (flexibility, muscular strength, and cardio-vascular fitness). Endurance develops when kids regularly get aerobic activity. During aerobic exercise, large muscles are moving, the heart beats faster, and a person breathes harder. Aerobic activity strengthens the heart and improves the body's ability to deliver oxygen to all its cells.

Indian music
Several studies done over the years by educationists and neurophysiologists have shown that music has a big influence on the cognitive and psychophysical development of humans—especially children. It is believed that when children are exposed to music, especially when they are toddlers or even before they are born, it has a deep impact on their cerebral cortex region. It creates neuron pathways in the brain making them understand the world and language in a faster and easier.

Western dance
